  • Information about the type of browser and the version used
  • The operating system of the user
  • The user’s Internet service provider
  • The IP address of the user
  • Date and time of access
  • Websites from which the user’s system accesses our website
  • Websites that are called up by the user’s system via our website

The data is stored in log files at our technical service provider, PAPAGEI – digital learning solutions GmbH.  The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable delivery of the website to the user’s computer. For this purpose, the user’s IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session. These purposes are also our legitimate interest in the data processing according to Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

The storage of the aforementioned data in the log files is done to ensure the functionality of our website. In addition, we use this data to optimise the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems (e.g. attack detection). These purposes are also our legitimate interest in the data processing according to Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. In the case of the collection of data for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended. Log files are stored for seven days.

The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of the data in log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. Consequently, there is no possibility of objection on the part of the user.

Booking of online courses

On our website there is also the possibility to book online courses.

Contractual partners can only be companies. Therefore, the company data must be entered in the input mask in addition to the participant data. The legal basis for the processing of the registered personal data is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to enable easy booking.

As the technical service provider of the platform, PAPAGEI – digital learning solutions GmbH is also the recipient of the data.

The participant data will be the subject of accounting and thus stored for 10 years within the framework of the statutory retention periods (Article 257 of the German Commercial Code and Article 247 of the German Fiscal Code). The legal basis for the storage is Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR.

The participant data is required for the booking of an online course. Without the provision of the participant data, the conclusion of the contract is not possible.

Registration

On the website of the eLearning Center it is possible to register and log in for the use of the offer after purchasing an eLearning course. This creates an individual account, for which the specification of an e-mail address and a password is required. You are not required to provide a personalised email address when registering.

Insofar as a personalised e-mail address is used for registration, the legal basis for the processing of the data is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest for collecting the participant data is to be able to certify the participant’s attendance after the course participation.

An access code must also be entered during registration to unlock the online course.

As the technical service provider of the platform, PAPAGEI – digital learning solutions GmbH is also the recipient of the data.

The data will be stored until the account is deleted.
