Step 2: Ordering procedure

Your personal course selection is now in your shopping basket. This way you have an overview of the selected products and the price.

Step 3: Finalise purchase

Now enter your order data. Finally, by clicking to indicate your agreement with our terms and conditions, you have completed the purchase. You will receive an invoice from us by e-mail. After receipt of payment you will receive your access code(s) for the activation of your online courses. Congratulations on your personal course selection!

Why are no courses displayed?

If your courses are not displayed, this could be due to the fact that you are using an outdated browser. Please make sure you are using one of the latest versions of a compatible browser, such as Google Chrome (version 80+), Safari (version 12+), Mozilla Firefox (version 75+), or Microsoft Edge (version 80+).
Have you redeemed your voucher code yet? If not:
In your learning environment, click the hamburger button at the top right. Under “Redeem code” you then enter your voucher code. Your learning environment will reload and the course will be displayed.

Error message Errorcode 2020 – Video cannot be played?

The error message indicates that the Internet connection is too slow. You need a download speed of at least 1.2 Mbps. You can usually check your download speed with a “speed test” on your Internet service provider’s website.

What technical requirements do I need?

Technical requirements:
  • Microsoft® Windows 10, macOS Catalina 10.15
  • Latest version of the browsers: Google Chrome (version 80+), Safari (version 12+), Microsoft Edge (version 80+) or Mozilla Firefox (version 75+)
  • For optimal operation we recommend a screen resolution not lower than 1024 x 768 pixels.
  • Download speed at least 1.2 Mbps.
  • We do not support Internet Explorer.

Where can I find my certificates and learning times?

In your learning environment, click the hamburger button at the top right of your screen. Under “Activities” you will find your certificates and study time. In addition, you can find your last 4 certificates, as well as the learning time directly under “Dashboard” in your learning environment.

Forgotten password?

  1. Click the following link: Forgotten password?
  2. Enter the e-mail address you used to register and click <Reset>.
  3. You will receive an access code by e-mail. Please enter this on the same page, together with your new password.
